If you are looking for a new and healthier experience without feeling deprived of great taste and comfort, then come over here.
I use locally sourced and organic produce where possible and definitely no chemical ingredients for a better eating experience. Should you have any special dietary requirements, please don't hesitate to ask.

PERK ME UP! FOODS
To me, food isn't just fuel for the body but is necessary to nourish our mind for good mental health. All the dishes you see on the menu have been made exclusively by myself with a lot of care and attention to get the flavours just right as I believe Plant-based food doesn't need to be bland or boring. The same care has been given to my Gluten Free customers as well, especially when it comes to creating cakes; the common complaint from them has been "many shop bought Gluten Free cakes contain a long list of strange ingredients which are either too sweet and/or are dry, which puts me off wanting to continue buying them!" I totally agree, that's why I decided to make my own; after all, in my opinion, tasty treats (even when Gluten Free) should be made with a few natural ingredients to produce an authentic cake. I'm happy to report that my Gluten Free customers are very pleased with the results. My motto is Eat Better! Feel Better!! and this is my aim for customers who eat from Perk Me Up! Foods.
